Vendor network

Our partner network is part of the product

We stay asset-light where ownership adds cost before it adds quality. That only works because vendors are screened, scored and managed as an extension of our brand — with a primary, secondary and emergency option in every critical category.

  • Catering: corporate drop-off, staffed buffet, plated and premium
  • Bar: licensed and insured bartending and beverage service
  • Production rentals, technical labor and staging
  • DJs, bands, specialty entertainment and MCs
  • Furniture, linens, tents, tabletop and general rentals
  • Florals, decor, scenic and signage
  • Photography and specialty video
  • Event staffing, security, registration and brand ambassadors
  • Transportation, valet and parking
  • Venues, hotels and private dining
  • Specialty: power, generators, permits and custom fabrication

Operating system

The same operating spine behind every event

Creative scope changes. The process does not. Standardized intake, cost sheets, confirmations, run-of-show documentation and post-event review are how we keep quotes fast, execution predictable and accountability clear.

How it works

A simple, disciplined process

No lengthy discovery cycles, no vendor ping-pong. Four steps from first conversation to a flawless event.

  1. 01

    Brief us on the event

Share your objective, date, location, headcount and budget range in a short form or a 20-minute consultation.

  2. 02

    Receive one proposal

We return a single, itemized proposal within 24–48 hours covering food and beverage, production, entertainment, media and staffing.

  3. 03

    We own the outcome

One accountable event lead manages vendors, venues, timelines, run-of-show and documentation — even when partners perform the work.

  4. 04

    You host, we execute

Our event lead and technicians are on site from load-in to load-out. Afterward you get one consolidated invoice and a post-event review.

What clients say

Reliability our clients can forward to leadership

We used to manage six vendors for our holiday party. Now we make one call, approve one proposal, and pay one invoice. Our leadership noticed the difference immediately.

Director of Human Resources

Regional healthcare group, 240 employees

Their team ran our sales kickoff like clockwork — staging, catering, registration, all of it. I finally got to be present at our own event instead of chasing timelines.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Technology firm, 120 employees

Proposal in 36 hours, no surprises on site, no surprises on the invoice. That reliability is worth more to us than any flashy concept.

Director of Operations

Commercial construction group, 180 employees

One event lead who answered every message and owned every detail. Our partners commented on how effortless the evening felt.

Firm Administrator

Law firm, 65 employees

We needed production and staffing on three weeks' notice in a market we'd never worked in. They sourced it, scoped it, and delivered it without a single escalation.

Marketing Manager

Financial services firm, 90 employees

The itemized proposal made internal approval painless. Finance asked zero follow-up questions, which has never happened before.

Office Manager

Manufacturing company, 310 employees

Clear about the category

What we are not

  • Not an event planner charging for coordination hours.
  • Not an AV or production rental company.
  • Not a marketplace that hands you off to vendors.
  • Not a software company — technology supports the service, it is not the product.
  • Not a low-price party vendor competing on commodity quotes.

Insurance & compliance

Insured, documented, and accountable in writing

Procurement, finance and facilities teams review these details before an event is approved, so we put them in front of you up front.

General liability coverage

EventCue360 LLC carries commercial general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are issued to your venue or facility team on request, in the format and limits your contract requires.

Liquor liability coverage

Bar programs are delivered under liquor liability coverage, with alcohol served only by licensed, insured bartending providers and in line with venue and jurisdictional rules.

Vendors insured and documented

Every partner in our network must have insurance appropriate to their service, plus W-9 and licensing documentation on file before they are assigned to a corporate event.

Single contract and invoice

You contract with EventCue360 LLC, not with each vendor. We hold the vendor agreements, confirm compliance, and reconcile the event into one itemized invoice.

Coverage limits, certificates of insurance and additional-insured endorsements are provided on request during the proposal stage. We do not currently publish association memberships; any memberships will be listed here once active.

One partner. One proposal. One invoice.

Brief us on your event and we'll return a single itemized proposal within 24–48 hours — covering food and beverage, production, entertainment, media and staffing.
