Event hospitality team welcoming corporate guests

About · All 50 states

A corporate hospitality company — not a traditional event planner.

We exist because corporate event owners were managing too many vendors, absorbing too much coordination risk, and reconciling too many invoices. We replaced that with a single accountable partner.

Our story

Built around one simple promise

EventCue360 was founded to solve a specific, unglamorous problem: the executive assistant, HR leader, or operations manager who is handed an important company event on top of a full-time job — and then asked to coordinate a caterer, a DJ, an AV company, a staffing agency, and a venue, each with its own contract, timeline, and invoice.

Our mission is to be the single trusted partner for hospitality, production, and experience delivery. We bring food and beverage, entertainment, production, and guest services into one plan, one proposal, and one invoice — supported by disciplined operations and a vetted vendor network in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We are not an event planner charging for coordination hours, an AV rental company, or a marketplace that hands you off to vendors. We are a corporate hospitality company that executes the event — hospitality, food and beverage, production, entertainment and media — and owns the outcome even when partner teams perform the work.

Core values

What our clients can count on, every time

Hospitality first

Every decision starts with how the guest — and the person hosting — will feel in the room.

Reliability over hype

We would rather be the partner you never worry about than the one with the flashiest deck.

Excellence in execution

Clean staging, precise timing, polished service. The details are the product.

Consistency

The same standard for a 40-person leadership dinner as for a 900-person holiday gala.

Long-term relationships

We build annual event programs with clients, not one-off transactions.

How we work

Disciplined operations, a trusted vendor network

Technology-enabled coordination keeps proposals fast, timelines visible, and communication clean — while our vendor partners are held to a consistent corporate standard.

  • One dedicated account lead from first call through post-event reconciliation
  • Documented run-of-show, staffing plan, and production schedule for every event
  • Vetted vendor network with insurance, licensing, and service standards on file
  • Site visits, floor plans, and load-in logistics coordinated on your behalf
  • Proposals within 24–48 hours and responses within one business hour
  • One consolidated invoice with itemized service lines for easy internal approval

Leadership

Who you are actually working with

Leandro Diaz

Founder, EventCue360 LLC

EventCue360 was founded by Leandro Diaz, who built the company around a single observation from years of corporate hospitality and event delivery: the hardest part of a company event is not the food, the stage or the entertainment — it is coordinating the eight vendors behind them. He leads client strategy, proposal architecture and the standards our vendor network is held to, and stays personally involved in the events our team executes.

Miriam manages day-to-day operations, vendor coordination and event readiness for EventCue360. She ensures every proposal moves from approved scope to confirmed execution, and keeps the operating system running across markets, teams and client programs.

Insurance & compliance

Insured, documented, and accountable in writing

Procurement, finance and facilities teams review these details before an event is approved, so we put them in front of you up front.

General liability coverage

EventCue360 LLC carries commercial general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are issued to your venue or facility team on request, in the format and limits your contract requires.

Liquor liability coverage

Bar programs are delivered under liquor liability coverage, with alcohol served only by licensed, insured bartending providers and in line with venue and jurisdictional rules.

Vendors insured and documented

Every partner in our network must have insurance appropriate to their service, plus W-9 and licensing documentation on file before they are assigned to a corporate event.

Single contract and invoice

You contract with EventCue360 LLC, not with each vendor. We hold the vendor agreements, confirm compliance, and reconcile the event into one itemized invoice.

Coverage limits, certificates of insurance and additional-insured endorsements are provided on request during the proposal stage. We do not currently publish association memberships; any memberships will be listed here once active.

One partner. One proposal. One invoice.

Brief us on your event and we'll return a single itemized proposal within 24–48 hours — covering food and beverage, production, entertainment, media and staffing.
