This policy explains what information EventCue360 LLC collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when coordinating your event.
Information we collect
EventCue360 LLC (“EventCue360,” “we,” “us”) is the legal entity that operates this website and delivers our event services. We collect the information you submit through proposal requests, consultation bookings, our chat assistant, email and phone conversations. This typically includes your name, company, work email, phone number, event type, date, location, estimated guest count, budget range, services needed and any notes you provide.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare proposals, coordinate vendors and venues on your behalf, execute your event, invoice for services and follow up afterward. We may also use aggregated, de-identified information to improve our menus, packages and internal cost frameworks.
Sharing with partners
Delivering an event requires sharing relevant details with the vendors and venues assigned to your program — for example headcount, dietary requirements, timing and load-in logistics. Partners are bound by the EventCue360 LLC vendor agreement, which includes confidentiality and non-solicitation terms. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We use standard business tools for email, customer relationship management, analytics, hosting and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us.
Analytics
Our website measures traffic sources, page performance and form completion so we can improve how quickly qualified requests reach our team. Analytics data is used in aggregate.
Retention
We retain proposal and event records for as long as needed to service the relationship, meet accounting and insurance obligations, and support future events. You may request deletion of information we are not required to retain.
Event media
Photography and video captured at your event are handled according to the media terms in your client agreement. We do not publish identifiable client imagery or logos without written authorization.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can opt out of marketing follow-up at any time.
