Proposals and pricing
Pricing shown on this site is indicative only. Package references such as “starting at,” “custom proposal” or “qualification-based” are not offers. A binding scope and price exist only in a written proposal EventCue360 LLC issues for your specific event, and proposals are valid for the period stated on the document.
Client agreements govern the event
Every engagement is governed by a signed client agreement with EventCue360 LLC covering scope, deposits, payment milestones, cancellation, force majeure, overtime, guest-count changes, venue restrictions, damages, media rights and indemnification. Nothing on this website modifies that agreement.
Vendors and subcontractors
EventCue360 LLC assembles and manages a curated vendor network to deliver your event. We remain your accountable point of contact and own the outcome, even when partner teams perform the work. Vendors operate under the EventCue360 LLC vendor agreement, including insurance, service standards and confidentiality requirements.
Compliance and permits
Alcohol service, permits, fire code, tenting, generators, food safety and occupancy requirements are handled through appropriately licensed providers and confirmed against each venue and site. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and are addressed in your event documentation.
Content and intellectual property
Site content, imagery, copy and marks are owned by EventCue360 LLC or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Client names and logos appear only where authorized.
